Veronica's career story at Lamor: from a local role to business area Administration & HR Head
Veronica's journey with Lamor began in 2010 when she joined the company as an Administrative Chief. She had heard about the company through a friend who worked there and was impressed with their commitment to the environment. Veronica felt drawn to work for a company that shared her values and beliefs. In January 2024, she was promoted to Head of Administrative and HR in Lamor's Americas business area.
Veronica's career at Lamor has been quite dynamic. She has held various positions in different departments, including Imports, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, Administrative, and Sales. Each role has challenged her in unique ways and helped her develop new skills. Her new role is, in her own words, "exciting and challenging; I now have more responsibilities and I'm taking on a big team".
During her time at Lamor, Veronica has learned the importance of multitasking and has been amazed by the company's global commitment to the environment. She is proud to work for a company that is so proactive and versatile.
Veronica describes her colleagues as great and collaborative professionals, and the overall work environment at Lamor is the best thing about working there. She feels supported and valued by her team, which has helped her grow professionally.
When asked what advice she would give someone considering a job at Lamor, Veronica simply says, "Go for it!" She is proud to be a Lamorian and feels that being part of a global company with a strong commitment to the environment is something to be proud of.
